Timberplates customer service is unmatched! Laurel and Jake always respond when you send them a message and they are exceptionally quick and comprehensive. Their pricing and costs are hard to beat as well! We have done several projects with them and they continue to be a reliable and trusted source for standard and custom metal fabrication!

As a small construction company owner, I was extremely pleased with the ordering process and product. Most of all, the personal and prompt attention I received about the product ordered. Laurel contacted me through email and phone to work out the particular details and measurements before completing the order. This has become a rare quality so it stood out to me. Everything is coming together perfectly. Doug Wickline, Wickline Builders LLC

The brackets are over built which I’m super impressed with. I built them on the website and I had an idea of what they would look like. Once they arrived I was blown away because they were even better than expected. Well worth the cost
