Had an amazing experience with Times Travel, thanks to Aqsa! She's honestly the most incredible person. She found us the best tickets at the best value and really accommodated all our needs. We definitely put her under a lot of stress, but she went above and beyond to help us and keep myself, my parents and siblings happy. I can't thank her enough for her support! Will definitely be booking through her again.

I initially faced significant issues with Umrah Experts, a subsidiary of Times Travel, as my concerns were not being handled as expected. However, once Times Travel, particularly Dharen, got involved, I felt heard and supported. Dharen took my concerns seriously and ensured they were addressed promptly and professionally. His proactive approach and willingness to resolve the matter made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate his efforts in bringing the issue to a resolution. Moving forward, I would feel confident booking with Times Travel, knowing that if any issues arise, they will be taken seriously and resolved efficiently. After all, anything can happen on a trip, but having a company that listens and takes action is what truly matters. Key advice, allow Dharen to investigate as he does want to help and will come to a resolution.

I have been using times travel for over 10 years travelling from UK to worldwide. Aqsa Malik is simply outstanding and as always extremely helpful polite and fab at her job. She found me the best flight way cheaper than online and skyscanner (who add extra charges on the day) Would highly recommend.
