For smaller pieces, we recommend removing them carefully with a craft knife and applying pressure at the connecting points when assembling them to help prevent breakage. Hi Brenda, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We understand your frustration, and this isn’t the experience we want for our customers. Our products are manufactured in our own factory, and we ship orders from our US warehouse when stock is available. Due to high demand, some items are temporarily out of stock at our US warehouse, with restocking expected in early November. Once restocked, these items will ship from the US warehouse again. Our usual delivery estimate is 4 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and local holidays, although courier delays can sometimes occur. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. For delicate pieces, we recommend carefully removing them using the tips of scissors if needed and holding them close to the joint when connecting them, rather than pressing in the centre, as this can help reduce breakage. Regarding instructions our support team can guide you through any difficulties with your build. Our customer support team has already been in contact with you and arranged replacement parts to address the issues you reported. We genuinely want to help resolve your concerns, and our team has been doing its best to find a solution for you. Hi Pat, We’re really sorry that your experience with both kits. This is not the experience we want our customers to have. As these are detailed DIY projects with lots of tiny pieces, they can take a little patience. We recommend reading through the manual first and then following the steps slowly as you build. If a small wooden piece is difficult to remove, a craft knife can help. When fitting pieces together, try applying pressure directly at the joining points rather than pushing from the centre or top, as this can help reduce the risk of breakage.
