Communication could be better.

The bottles arrived on time and were very secure in the wrapping provided by the shipper. I was also pleased with the price. My sons who are Shenks, will be pleased with the Shenk’s Rye.

Ordered a bottle of imperial Rye whiskey for my sisters birthday with plenty of time to spare. After it hadn’t shipped I emailed with no response. Messages again days later and after 11 days from order and me messaging multiple times they said it’s out of stock and refunded me. Now I have no time to get her a replacement in time. DO NOT USE THEM.

Product has not yet arrived, but you lose a point for slow shipping times. As for the site itself, it is user friendly, the prices are fair as is the shipping, but it does make for an expensive transaction.
