The distiller box my bottle came in was crushed and torn. Also, the wax seal on my bottle was broken as well. Have been happy with Tipxy before, but this time not satisfied. It is what it is.

I ordered 12/7/24 and just got it 2 days ago. I waited for it long time ago but finally got it.

The tequila was shipped in innovative tough bubble wrap containers for each bottle, packed inside a box. Very nice and I will save these for future transport! Good price! After I ordered 2 bottles, got a new offer for a third. Would have been nice to get this all together.

I ordered this on December 18th. Hoping to get it near Christmas as I was gifting these…I received the order 24 days later on January 10th. This is unacceptable. Customer service was indifferent and said I could refuse delivery but did not offer discount or cancellation instead putting it back into my position to refuse and then trust it would make it back and trust I would get my $75 back. Because I do not trust this would happen at all or in a timely manner I accepted the delivery.

Ordered two very expensive bottles of gin. I ordered it for Christmas with weeks until it would arrive. I respected the 10 day shipping policy and contacted them on day 12. I was informed that one bottle was out of stock and therefore it was not shipped. I was not contacted. I chose a refund and to ship the single bottle, which of course now arrived late. When it arrived, it was wrapped in plastic wrap and the inner bottle of aromatics had spilled its contents everywhere. It was not salvageable. I have bottles of rare and expensive alcohol shipped regularly and the experience with this vendor was unexpected and poor.

Took over 2 weeks to deliver my product. However, I'm going to give them a break because it was during the Christmas holiday. I would go back and order again from them.
