The pan looked great but needs honest video about discoloration.
The pan looked great, I followed the advice warm then higher then a little oil. The steak stuck to the pan this first time. I repeated the process the following day and turned the heat up a bit. Food was fine but the pan is discolored. Seems a price to pay, I would have preferred it to look new! Getting more used to using the pan, changing my cooking style which helps so overall now I’m happy with. The advice about cleaning is fine and thank you for the reply. I bought it as it suggested easy clean as well as non stick and healthy surface to cook on. If I start cleaning for aesthetic reasons it will be ongoing work which I don’t want to do. As said discoloration is ok, just not explained as normal and unimportant for food cooking. I’m happy with product and company feedback.

Hi Stephen, thanks for the review! If you’d like more tips on getting the most out of your cookware, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team by email — we’re always happy to help. Regarding the discoloration, pure titanium can naturally develop some color changes when exposed to higher heat. This is completely harmless, does not affect the performance or safety of the cookware, and can often be restored with proper cleaning techniques. It can also be a helpful indicator to use slightly lower heat settings, as titanium distributes heat very efficiently. We’re delighted to hear you’re now happy with your pan and appreciate you taking the time to share your honest feedback. Again, please do let us know if we can help you. Warm regards, Titan’s Kitchen Team
