To be honest I was skeptical at first but the quality of the clothing is amazing. Besides shipping taking super long, I will say customer service was on point being that they were there to Assist at anytime. Having trouble connecting with them seems their system is down super unfortunate!

I placed an order on 26th of April and it is still pending, not even ready to be shipped yet. The ordered included a snow white dress for my daughter's 1st birthday, if the dress arrives it will be too late for the birthday. I tried to contact them by instagram and website and nobody answers anything.

Package was delayed due to postal mixup, but customer service was amazing and helpful. Items eventually arrived, are super cute, and good quality. Would prefer stretchier materials, but the outfits fit our baby nicely!
