Response is fast, and the customer service is good

Translated documents urgently very quick, and very good customer service.

Outstanding Service and Excellent Customer Support! I had an excellent experience with Tomedes while obtaining certified English translations of my academic credentials for a WES evaluation. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. The translations were delivered on time, and the quality of the documentation was excellent. A special thanks to Jharred, who provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. He was consistently responsive, friendly, and accommodating, even when I requested a terminology adjustment after receiving the completed documents. He promptly consulted with the linguist and ensured everything was addressed professionally. I also appreciated their flexibility and willingness to work within my budget. Overall, I felt genuinely supported and valued as a customer. I highly recommend Tomedes to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality certified translation services. Thank you, Jharred and the Tomedes team!

I needed a Hebrew translation for a very personal tattoo, so getting the wording and Hebrew characters exactly right was especially important to me. From the very first contact, Charich made me feel that my request was taken seriously. Every time we communicated, Charich repeated back what I wanted to make sure there was no misunderstanding. I really appreciated that attention to detail, especially for something as permanent and personal as a tattoo. The translation was completed very quickly, and the communication throughout the process was friendly, professional and reassuring. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price — especially considering the care and speed of the service. I normally never leave reviews, but I was genuinely happy with the experience and the result, so I felt this one deserved an exception. 😊

I've been working with Tomedes indirectly (via another group) and directly (via my group) for a few years now. I love how accurate and quick their translations are. But I also deeply appreciate their flexibility. In my line of work, things change at the last minute, and they have been able to accommodate these change-ups with grace and speed. And the quality of the work is excellent.

They were prompt, professional, and did a great job. I highly recommend!

We’ve had a great experience working with the agency. They consistently deliver high-quality translations within very short deadlines, and communication is always smooth, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!
