I bought a pair of boots, they are marked as 45 on the base but, are way too small. Probably around a size 7\8 uk size. So gave to the girl next door. Poor communication with customer services. I may have just burnt money it would have been that would give more satisfaction than the product recieved. Avoid

A company pretending there from Germany, still waiting for my delivery 2 weeks later,supposedly still stuck in China..avoid

A terrible customer service and returns experience. Returns have to be sent to China and despite following all the instructions I have still not been refunded. The parcel is stuck at customs and the only information is that customs will contact the recipient. The recipient (Tom Hollinger) are not following this up, just sending me multiple robotic emails, ignoring my actual requests. AVOID!

Please do not buy from Tom Hollinger as you will not receive your goods. I’ve not received any of the goods I ordered! There Customer service is an absolute waste of time too, no refund or replacement goods offered just a generic email stating the goods had been delivered. I never even got a message from a courier let alone my goods
