Ordered a General Brand inspection camera and it arrived on Tuesday night 12/20. The tool had some technical challenges beyond Tool Experts control. First thing on Wednesday I reviewed my issue with Justin and was I ever pleasantly surprised. Within an hour he called me back, had talked to the manufacturer, reviewed internal company options and within 2 days a new tool arrived on Christmas Eve. This was my first time purchasing from Tool Experts but I need to give them a full 5 stars. Very satisfied!!
