I am a repeat customer. Jason Mercado is brilliant, as usual. I purchased the Precor AMT and a rower last year through Top Fitness. Jason was very knowledgeable in assisting me during this purchase. Today, I purchased the Assault runner. I worked with Jason to ensure a seamless transaction. Outstanding and professional service as usual.

Jason was the best representative I have ever dealt with. He was extremely quick on getting me necessary info for my office gym. Best person to speak to, about making your own gym!

I am a careful shopper. I am purchasing my first treadmill and wanted to get it right. Jason was the online specialist who helped through the whole process. He was honest and open and answered my questions very quickly. I've had a great experience.

Jason was absolutely great to deal with in all respects. He was knowledgeable about all the equipment I considered to outfit my home gym. We went back and forth a number of times to get to the final order. I consistently got helpful advice about my choices. Whether you are experienced or doing this for the first time, Top Fitness is the way to go.

Jason was exceedingly helpful and courteous. I really appreciated his efficiency. The buying experience has so far been an exceedingly positive one.

I was doing research on treadmills and had settled on a particular model. I had a few questions and the chat notification popped up. Jason Mercado was on the other end and was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions on specs, warranty and anything else I needed. He gave me his email and was very responsive and patient in the coming weeks. He was also able to help me find a better fitness solution at a comparable price. I hope shipment, delivery and installation go as smoothly as the buying process.

Jason was very helpful. I talked with him several times. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had some time to decide on what I needed and so as questions came up I asked and he was very prompt with a response. I felt very confident that he was providing me with great information and wonderful customer service. I went to several stores in town (big box and privately owned) and they did not provide the knowledge, patience, or customer service that I got with Jason. Other online stores were not very helpful and treated customers like an assembly line with the responses to questions etc. Jason is the reason I selected your company and the product because I felt confident that I had someone I could reach out to and rely on.
