I called on a Saturday and Mike came out on the same day and gave me a fair quote. The work was scheduled a few days later. The team was prompt and did a really nice job and cleaned up well afterwards. I would recommend them and use them again.

I ordered a bulb (order #2227), but the wrong one was sent. I called and was told to return the bulb, and when they receive it, the correct bulb will be mailed to me. I sent the bulb back and have heard nothing since- First, the mistake wasn't mine- the warehouse filled the order incorrectly Second, I have to wait..and wait..and wait for the replacement, which, at this point, I doubt I'll see. I do not want a refund. I want the correct bulb sent ASAP!

I believe this was a misunderstanding and all has been taken care of.
