Liam Henry was AweSome! He helped me to remain calm, get through explaining my problem, finding a solution, and explained he explained policy. He expressed understanding for differences the policy didn't address and he helped me to select options that were available to make another purchase for the same item that I didn't receive. Thanks A Million!

I was a little cautious at first because to order I had to text, email or call. I went with the text option. Everything was very smooth and the shipping was fast. I got exactly what I ordered and I would definitely buy from them again.

I tried to order about 8 pair of nike slides /slippers and when I placed the order I chatted with someone and the conversation was great at the first but they gave me an invoice and I tried to make the order but it did not take my payment and wanted me to make a payment with another card and at this point I felt like I was being scammed and I decided to go with AMAZON thank you.
