Dear Julie Higgins, We’re truly sorry for your disappointing experience, Julie. We completely understand how frustrating it was to wait and then receive an item that didn’t meet your expectations. To clarify, all of our products are designed in the USA and produced both in the USA and in a few carefully selected facilities in Asia, mainly Hong Kong. Sometimes, due to global logistics arrangements, orders may pass through distribution centers near the Hong Kong–China border, which can cause the tracking to display “China” as the origin.
