Absolutely fantastic company to work with on acquiring a Nuke Performance FPR100x. Constant updates, immediate responses, and superb black friday prices. Will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

I needed to exchange my part for a different model. The first part arrived within 4 days of my order and the exchange part arrived just 2 days after they received my return. I call that GREAT service. I will order from them again.

I ordered a silicone cap. 13.00. Shipping over 7.00. Ordered a week ago. Still hasn't gotten here. Since I can't reply to the sellers comment I'll reply here. The delivery was supposed to be for oct 9th before 9pm. Today is oct 10th. So my review will remain a 1 star. Sounds like the problem may be your logistics. In any case that is still your responsibility not mine.my review will stay the same.

To whoever reads this review: you can see that almost all our reviews show how fast our shipping is. We do not have a logistics problem whatsoever and in fact shipped this order faster than the 1-2 day lead time. This customer is unhappy that they didn't choose something other than UPS ground shipping, but we can't upgrade shipping for free when we already discount it. There were also no delays within UPS either, based on their tracking. We wish the customer had tried to resolve this with us directly and we would have likely just comp'd the shipping as a goodwill gesture, but they didn't. Now the customer is resorting to revising their review in a failed attempt to fit with in the facts we provided below, which is unfortunate. We will not be responding to any further edits to this review. If you have any issues with an order, contact us via email or call us. Happy to help directly anytime. Original reply ----------------- We would be happy to assist you if you contact our customer service. Let's review your order: 1) You placed your order on Oct 3rd, a Saturday. 2) The order was shipped the next business day, on Monday Oct 5th. 3) You elected UPS ground shipping, which we did. Tracking was sent to you via email on Monday Oct 5th at 4pm PT: https://www.ups.com/track?loc=null&tracknum=1Z41Y5790399743477 4) We charged you $8.75 shipping, which is far below our cost. The actual cost is $14, so you got a discount on shipping. Looking at the tracking, the part is scheduled to deliver to you on Monday Oct 12th. I kindly ask you to reconsider your 1-star review, given that we've done everything on this order exactly as you asked.
