This package was delivered to the customer and we have the tracking to prove it. It's understandable that this can be a frustrating situation, so we have done everything in our powers to resolve it. We have offered and will be creating a claim with USPS on the day we are able to, which is 15 days after the date of order. We've responded to all messages in under an hour, including on a Sunday. We've explained all the options available to the customer, but they are not taking them. This makes the situation hard to resolve any further for us. We're very confident in our customer service team's abilities to create an excellent experience, as can be seen by all of our other feedback.
