COMPLETE NIGHTMARE
COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! Getting activated itself took over 3 days. After I finally got the phone activated I continued to get messages and emails about needing to activate my device. I set up autopay online, but still got notifications, text, and emails saying my service was expiring and needed payment. My first auto- pay came out at $74 instead of the $43 I had agreed to. When I called and complained, they refunded the entire $74 and deactivated my account/line. I mean at this point I was going elsewhere anyways. I went to tmobile prepaid for the same base $40. Update: it's gotten worse. Total will not release my phone number and they keep telling me the only way to get a transfer pin is via text but I have no service because they screwed me over. They forced me to buy more airtime and re activate my device just so I could request the transfer pin via text. How absolutely absurd... I've been on the phone over 2 hours. Shame on this company !
