Getting rid of our physical paper welcome folders across our Michigan properties was completely worth it. I will warn fellow operators: you definitely need to invest a fair bit of time upfront to populate all your property info and local recommendations. But once it is finally set up, it noticeably cuts down on the repetitive questions our front desk deals with during the busy Friday check-in rush. It won't 100% eradicate every single guest query, but it takes a huge load off our staff. Their team also hosts regular webinars to keep everyone updated on changes, which is a great touch.

Fantastic app, good value for money, constantly upgraded.
After ten years managing guest experiences, I found this app. it is absolutely amazing and we regularly get great feedback. You need to invest a fair bit of time initially to input a lot of information, but in the long run that'll pay off. it won't 100% eradicate repetitive guest queries, but it near as good enough does, if you can get the guests to engage with it. It is game changing for us. love it!
