I have worked with Kelly Keith, Technical Support, two times now when my system has crashed and burned. Kelly was so very helpful and knowledgeable. The problems took quite awhile each time to correct but she kept at it until she was able to solve the problem and got me back up and running. I can't thank her enough.

Jeremy Ratchman was extremely helpful. He went over and beyond to assist my organization, and he followed up with me if there were items pending our side to action. I truly appreciate the attentiveness he provided to our issue.

Blanca P. was our customer specialist. She did an outstanding job salving all problems. Her patience and expertise made everything easy. She exhibited passion for her work, listening and caring for the customer.

The rep from TouchSuite stayed on the phone with me until everything was resolved.
