TouchSuite and Fiserv keep blaming each other and seem completely unaware of what is happening. My funds have been held for nearly a month with no valid explanation. Every time I contact support, I get a different answer. No one takes responsibility, and no one provides a clear payout date.. If you value your business and cash flow, stay away from this company‼️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ → 1 Star

If you’re looking to save money and have a stress-free experience, I strongly recommend going with a different payment processing company. The decades of experience and 50,000+ client base are not reflective of the quality of service offered. There’s nothing that sets them apart from the countless other companies offering similar services. In fact, I’d say a team of chimpanzees could deliver a better product.

Unprofessional My experience with touchsuite was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only was the system difficult to use and unreliable, but it also managed to steal money from me. I had several instances where the system would incorrectly process my transactions, resulting in me losing money without any explanation or resolution from customer service. Do not trust your hard-earned money with a company that cannot be trusted to handle transactions with integrity and honesty. Avoid touchsuite at all cost!!!
