Our experience was great
Our experience was great, special thanks to our tour guide Maria. She was extremely friendly and helpful to everyone. She went out of her way to make sure everyone was able to reach back the bus and get to the next destinations on time.
Problem mostly was that everyone was not able to do everything. I think the scheduled times need a bit of adjustments so everyone can do everything. I do think some of the staff were a bit rude to not just our tour guide but from observation including other tour guides.
All appreciation once again to our tour guide for the wonderful tour and experience.

Best Tour in Canada!!!!
The overall tour and tour guide Steve made my experience absolutely amazing! I came across some breathtaking views all across Niagara as well as some well-prepared wines at Niagara College. The booking process was very easy and straightforward. I could not recommend more! 10/10!!!!!!

Good not great
Would be good to advise in the email that know that communication from driver would come through What's App vs standard text so we could have been ready when they were early. Appreciate the extra stops but felt rushed to be shuffled on and off just for the photo ops. Would have enjoyed more commentary about the region along the way. Guide had to scream talk, a microphone in the vehicle would have been better.

An Unforgettable Niagara Experience
Our tour to Niagara Falls was truly one of the highlights of our Canada trip. From the breathtaking beauty of Niagara Falls to the charming streets of Niagara-on-the-Lake, the wonderful winery experience, and the excellent lunch at the Sheraton, every part of the day was memorable and exceptionally well organized.
What made the experience truly outstanding, however, was our tour guide, Manoj Kumar. His knowledge, professionalism, and passion for the region elevated the entire journey. At every attraction, Manoj provided detailed and fascinating information about the history, culture, and significance of the places we visited, making the tour both enjoyable and educational.
Throughout the day, Manoj was incredibly helpful, patient, and cooperative. He ensured that we all was comfortable, answered questions with enthusiasm, and went above and beyond to accommodate everyone's needs. His warm personality, attention to detail, and commitment to providing an exceptional experience were evident from start to finish.
Niagara Falls is undoubtedly a natural wonder, but having a guide like Manoj Kumar made the experience truly unforgettable. His dedication and genuine care for his guests deserve special recognition. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area, and I sincerely hope they are fortunate enough to have Manoj as their guide.

Great tour learning about the Chicago skyline
The tour left promptly on time, and the guide was an expert on the subject matter. There was both outdoor and indoor seated options. I had a wonderful experience, and will recommend the tour to friends/family
