Sorry for the delay; Aerotech, like most shaft companies this year, was back ordered and then they shipped direct to, as soon as they got more in stock. We did send a message,.. so probably went into your spam folder.

I called to see if a shaft that wasn't in stock online, was in stock in person. The guy who answered double checked the store and it was in stock, so they updated the website for me in that moment! Great customer service, fast shipping - well done 👍
