This review is Part 1 of my 2 Part Series… How do I express the Gratitude that I have for this company? Perhaps I start by saying the professionalism that I have experienced thus far has been mind-boggling!!! Seriously!!! After my initial consultation which included everything that I had experienced up to this point regarding both my business and corporate taxes, I was informed that my case would be accepted and that the work would commence with me providing them everything they needed to get started. Here’s what I learned-DO WHAT THEY ASK OF YOU!!! For a lengthy period of time, I was sooo busy with ministry-that I negated to do what I needed to do expeditiously. For that, I take full accountability!!! The Intake Coordinator was AMAZING!!! The systematic approach that TRA has created is by far the best I’ve ever had the opportunity to experience. My Case Advocate, Andres Esparza-WOWOWOWOWOWOWWOW!!! To have been assigned this Gentleman has made my tax journey easier than I could have hoped for. He’s professional, kind, compassionate, astute to details and the thing that has truly set this company apart from all the other Tax Assistant Companies is that THIS GENTLEMAN RESPONDED TO EMAILS ON A SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!!!!!!! WHOOOOOO DOES THAT???? Every question I have asked has NOT gone unnoticed nor unanswered!!! Andres has demonstrated to me at it means when someone says “I Got You!!! I Hear You!!! I See You!!!” Listen, I know the debacle that I’m facing was caused by not adhering to the business of taking care of my business…but even in that, I have been reassured that all is not lost!!! Knowing that I have tax professionals, a Case Advocate (Andres Esparza) and other TRA Team Members who do what they say they’re going to do has been such an Incredible Privilege and Blessing!!! I am soooo looking forward to returning to this site to tell you of how everything we started has worked in my favor! However, until then, should you find yourself in precarious situations and circumstances that look like you’re drowning-PLEASE TAKE HEART!!! Reach out to this company-state your Petitions and watch with a Resolved Resolute as to what they will be willing to do for you!!! Please don’t give up!!! Your story is not finished…and I need you to get to that other side!!!!! And ummmm-tell them Dr. Tongie sent you!!!! Hahahahahahahhaha-I guarantee you’ll be soooo glad you did!!!🙏🏽

Without Heidi, I would remain in not having my problem resolved. She has been more than helpful & reassuring. I highly recommend Heidi. Again, she has has been better than a sister guiding me through this ordeal
