Had spent many years plus DNA testing trying to find biological father, with no success. Finally decided to bite the bullet and pay for a professional, even though didn't have much hope after all the unsuccessful searching already done. Well, the Trace researcher did it! Took several months and a massive amount of research by them, and we now have lots of well documented and fascinating knowledge about that side of the family. Wish we had done this years ago. It was a pleasure working with them, from start to finish. Even if the search had been unsuccessful, I would still have highly recommended them for their diligence, caring, and professionalism. The research was very in-depth and the detail was perfect

I have been doing my family ancestry for over 30 years but could get no farther on research. I found Trace, a company that does these things and decided to try to get information on one line of my history. I could not be more pleased with the results that I received through their research. Working with them through this process was very easy and they made it a pleasure to work with them. Very friendly and helpful people, always keeping me up to date with what was going on with the research. Results were exceptional and in a format that was easy to review plus the documentation to go along with it. I know I will be using Trace again to do another side of my family history. I asked Trace to help with my Sicilian family story. The information I received was amazing in detail. With the information I was able to go into Ancestry and find further family relationships previously unknown. When I told my cousins one can't wait to see what I have learned. I had spent considerable time researching my family tree and had run into a roadblock connecting several family branches that I was fairly certain were all related but I could not establish the relationships. Nobody I contacted knew how we were related, although everyone believed we were. The only records I could locate were in Italy and prior to when the families arrived in the US in the late 1800's and early 1900's. Entire families with the same surname had left the same town in Italy, traveled together on the same ship and lived together or near each other in Massachusetts - but I could not tell how they were related. The Italian records were not fully digitized and the scanned copies I could locate were hand written in Italian (which I can not speak or read). I hired Trace to identify my great-grandparents with the hopes of then identifying their children and discovering the relationship to the families I believed were related. I am completely happy with their work. They verified what I know about my grandparents and then searched the Italian documents to find my great-grandparents and their siblings. Following those ancestors they located the parents and then the children who are the ancestors of the families in the US that I already know. The report was well written and documented. It was a fascinating read that took me weeks to fully absorb. As much as I enjoyed doing the research to create my family tree I could not have done what Trace did to locate the Italian records and complete the top of the tree that connected us all together.
