We had an amazing experience with the Travel Nanny in both Kyoto and Tokyo. I found the whole experience super professional and thorough and liked how I was able to review resumes and see the videos of the Nannies before selecting our Nannies. Both Rose and Monica were excellent with our son and sent amazing texts, videos and updates whilst we were out. Would highly recommend this service!

We had an amazing experience with travel nanny the 1st time. We had no intentions of booking for another service but since my husband & I needed a day of pampering (with all the walking in Japan) and last minute shopping; my husband & I decided to book a nanny again before our trip ends. Travel nanny was able to accommodate us even last minute, still making sure we have the appropriate nanny for our son. Ms Nanase did not disappoint! She’s amazing. She was very calm & engaged with our son. My husband & I were so delighted that our son had a great time both indoor & outdoor playground.

I made the pleasure of hiring this company for our trip to Taiwan. We have a two and four-year old and we wanted to hike Elephant Mountain in Taipei. Our nanny was up for it! She hiked with us and then we went out for dinner after. It was quite enjoyable. She played with the kids the whole time and we are grateful we found this service. Afterwards, my husband and I got to catch up in the hotel lobby with friends while she bathed the kids and read to them upstairs.

Excellent service. They personalized their care to our baby, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Every question we had was answered quickly. They were also very accommodating to our requests and delivered on very short notice, which is rare. We felt confident leaving our son with them, and he was happy and well cared for. Professional, flexible, and reliable. Highly recommended. We'll use them again.

Monica was fantastic and fitted into our family incredibly quickly — it genuinely felt like she had been with us much longer. She was warm, capable and excellent with the kids, and they were very comfortable with her from the beginning. We especially appreciated her initiative and ability to anticipate what needed to be done without always being asked. She was reliable, adaptable and made travelling with the children much easier and more enjoyable. We would happily recommend Monica to other families looking for a caring, confident and proactive travel nanny.

We used Travel Nanny for our trip to Tokyo with our 3-year-old and 3-month-old baby, and the experience was flawless. On our Disney day, Eri’s expertise was invaluable—she knew the park inside out and handled all our pass bookings and lunch reservations, making the entire day run without a hitch. We hired Eri for a second day so my husband and I could have some time to ourselves, and she took our 3-year-old daughter to KidZania. She had an absolute blast! Eri was wonderful, and the support team made coordination entirely seamless. I would 100% use Travel Nanny again and cannot recommend them highly enough to any family traveling to Japan. Our experience with Travel Nanny was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. Before we even arrived in Japan, we had the opportunity to meet our nanny, Mikiko, over Zoom. That simple meeting made such a difference—it gave us peace of mind, allowed us to get to know her, and meant that when we met in person, it already felt familiar. Mikiko was absolutely wonderful with our two daughters, our 6-month-old and our 3-year-old. She was warm, caring, patient, and attentive, and both girls were so comfortable with her. She adapted so naturally to their different ages and needs, and it was such a relief knowing they were in such capable and loving hands. Having a trusted nanny while travelling made our trip so much more enjoyable. We were able to experience activities together as a family while also having extra support when we needed it. One of the highlights was that my husband and I were able to enjoy a date night together, just the two of us, knowing our girls were safe, happy, and being cared for by someone we completely trusted.
