Communications were good, clear and concise. Process of shipping items to TradeInMyTech was very easy. However, apparently the lack of clarity in describing the item and getting an initial quote is a bit unclear and incomplete, as one of the iPhones that I shipped was severely devalued despite being as the original description was made on the website. Also a computer was knocked down slightly in price as they said the charger was not original, however it was the exact same item that came with the device from Microsoft. I would understand if a item was completely different or misrepresented and then the price offered changes, but when you ship your item(s) off and then are offered substantially less it does leave a person with a feeling of being held hostage with limited choices to resolve. However I would do business with TradeInMyTech again, just make sure to document what you send in better.

The time it takes it not close to what you advertise. I sent it out on 1/7/20. It’s exactly 1 month and I still have not received my check. Answers to emails are very vague at best with no direct responses to what was asked.

We are sorry for the delay in the check arrival. The checks are shipped directly from the bank using USPS and rarely can get delayed or lost. In this case the check was lost and we issued a new one. Thank you for using TradeInMyTech.

The trade in value for my 2 Samsaug phones was reduced from $80.00 each to $15.00 each and it took over 3 weeks to receive payment..Not worth the time. False advertising!

We are sorry for your experience. We do our best to outline condition criteria on our site. Your items were received with heavy damage including screen burn. This does not qualify as mint and put into the fair condition. We offered free return shipping and the offer was accepted instead. Thank you for using TradeInMyTech.

I’m very satisfied with TradeinmyTech. I sold them my 2018 iPad Pro 12.9. I was pleased with the quick turnaround time for their evaluation, final quote and receipt of my check. Their quote was fair and reasonable.
