It will not let me create an account to…
It will not let me create an account to access my purchase. After filling in the info, it simply will not let me click the "create account" button. Please help

AWFUL
AWFUL! I used to love Tradesman CE to get qualifying hours. Since Certus, it's absolutely the worst. I wish I hadn't paid for it. I never will again.

Horrible Company
I have used them previously with no problems, but this cycle has been a nightmare! I have sent multiple emails to their help line that have gone unanswered. When I call their help line you get somebody that barely speaks English. My license is still delinquent because they can't submit the CE correctly. Please stay away!

I have used them for 12 years and…
I have used them for 12 years and usually had issues with them reporting my completion but I just sent it to the board myself, not a huge deal. This year for my 4 hr hvac course I actually logged 4-1/2hrs and was being shown 1/2 way of the course. I ask and they said I need to complete the course to get my cert and the time it takes is longer than 4 hrs to get the needed amount of content in the course. You literally will spend around 8 hrs (I just stopped and bought another course and completed it in 4 hrs) to complete their 4 hr course. I ask for a refund and they have refused. Refund was given, thank you. Please fix your product before this becomes a huge issue for you.

You have not provided KY the information so I can get my electrical license nor have you responded to my request to do so. now i need to put in date of experience, dumb

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Completed 14 CE course 6 weeks ago and still don’t have my hours reported. I’ve called three times for my hours to be reported and been on hold over 25 minutes all three times. I’ve emailed twice and still have not heard back, it’s been two weeks

The site took me in circles when I…
The site took me in circles when I tried to find my products. I am very tech savvy and I had a hard time navigating the system. So much so that I actually paid twice because I was taken to a different landing page rather than seeing confirmation of purchase. I get the reasons behind standardizing the process but it’s not done well.

Hasn’t worked for me
I’ve been unable To Perform the necessary continuing education course I paid for, since I had been a previous user neither prior login nor creating a new login allowed for me to access what has been bought and paid for
