It was the speedy action that customer service displayed. The times I have been on their site and needed their assistance, they were there, resolved the issue and kept my account smooth sailing. Thanks so much.

Bought under the impression, payouts was fast. Waiting ages for each payout. Shame as used to be much better.

Hi Melissa, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the payout process felt slower than expected. As mentioned, your two withdrawal requests are being handled by our finance team, and we expect them to be completed within the extended timeframe due to the higher amount and current processing volumes. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you’d like to discuss this further, please reach out through the live chat widget on our website so we can assist you directly.

It’s a great plattform to trade in until you request your payout! Then it is supposed to take up to 21 business days which is first of one of the slowest in the industry. Then when 21 days have passed there is still not a payout. How can this be so hard to follow your promise and pay your clients accordingly to your contract? Then the customer service is a bot that does not give an answer at all! I think this part has to be better if you want to compete with other firms.
