bought two accounts and now its 5 days and i dont have accounts and dont have money .... support is not responding on tickets and live agent never connect to your chat ..... they come with action phase2 and a lot people was scammed .... noone dont have information , they dont answer at all to noone

Scam, total scam! This Company opened few order with big lot size od NAS100 and blow my account. They didn’t answered on my e-mail and I know that few people have the same problem. Scam scam scam!

I used this platform twice. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Most features didn’t operate in a way I found transparent or fair. From my perspective, the platform seems more focused on maximizing profit than on supporting users. I had hoped for a more human-centered service, but instead encountered processes that felt very frustrating. Based on my bad experience, I would not return to or recommend it.

I had purchased a 100k account from this company. After a few days, someone opened 4 trades with a large lot size on US100, destroying my account. At that time, I was asleep, and my internet provider confirmed that there was no increased data usage during those hours, so the app couldn’t have been used. I suspect this was a deliberate action by the company – people buy accounts, and they destroy them so that customers are forced to buy new ones. Support is silent. I do not recommend them.
