I purchased their NASM CES training module on October 23. I emailed them several times, advising them that I had not received any login credentials for the platform, and was told someone would email me every time. I emailed them 4 times without any resolution. I canceled today and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Buyer Be Ware!

I bought the NCSF CPT package, and it was very disappointing. The key issue is that several of the questions/answers are wrong, which undermines rather than assists learning. I sent TA 10 question/answer errors based on only two practice exams and a request for a refund. It's been five weeks without any response (apart from the useless chat support promising that the team will get back to me). The question/answer errors are a known issue, as I have seen this highlighted since 2021, but TA doesn't seem bothered to fix them. I wouldn't go as far as saying the TA is a scam, but their products are very sloppy, and their customer service is abysmal. They could have at least taken the time to proofread the content before publishing and maybe even hired professional test developers to design, test, and update it. Don't spend money on this. The test exams you get from NCSF are enough, and you can trust them to be correct.

Do not purchase. I purchased and many of the tests have wrong answers. I reported the questions and they have not been correct. I purchased one month and asked to cancel less than a week later. I am still waiting for the refund.

Terrible customer service, the "guides" are literally just recommendations and they things they list to practice aren't always there. It took them 3 weeks to reply and that's even upon my following up to answer a simple question and that's after it was diverted to another "team member". The product isn't what they claim and also it's more frustrating the customer service is terrible. They will try and disprove you and make you at fault. Read the terms, they will throw them at you EVEN if they are wrong.

Their customer service is horrible. Being a post professional Track & Field and TEAM USA Bobsled & Skeleton athlete, I am disappointed by the lack of energy put into making buyers happy. I would recommend spending your money on a program that care about the fitness community rather than their own pockets. Overall, it is a scam and I would not refer this to any of my friends.

I cannot believe that I was scammed like this. The information in the study guide is either incorrect. Everything is out of order their entire sections that are obviously important to a CPT that are completely left out. This is really expensive and it’s a scam. From what I’m reading other people of had the same issue that I have and they have not gotten a refund. I’m going to do everything I can to report those to consumer agencies.

The information in the ACE MVP package contains inaccurate information in multiple areas, whether it was the flash cards or the study guide or the practice quiz/tests. What they provide would be awesome for studying if we could actually trust it was correct. I emailed Trainer Academy 4 times in the past 2 weeks kindly informing them of their errors and asking for a refund, however, they have not responded. If Trainer Academy is reading this right now please respond and I will update this review. Thank you!
