That said, we recognize that one size doesn’t always fit all, and not every method works the same for every dog or every household routine. Your concerns are valid, and we’re reviewing our materials to ensure this kind of nuance is clearer for other Husky owners.
As for the potty training guidance, our intention is not to create hardship, but to support early routine-building that accelerates long-term success. We do understand that every owner’s lifestyle is different, and we’re always happy to help modify routines to fit your situation better through our 1-on-1 trainer support.
Regarding your comments about billing: We’re very transparent that our free trial transitions into a paid membership after the trial period ends, unless canceled. This is noted during sign-up as well as in subsequent emails, and we always offer prompt cancellations and refunds when requested. We're sorry for any frustration caused and are glad to hear your issue was ultimately resolved.
