Longtime customer. I recently bought a container that just seemed off, so i reached out to customer service. It took a little time - and a second container of the same batch that was similarly off - but their team made sure i got a replacement container from a different lot. This batch delivered the product I love and had grown to expect, and the customer service responsiveness and effort were equally exceptional. I was a superfan of Transparent Labs before because of the product, and this experience elevated my opinion. What’s above a superfan -- uber? Ultra? I’m that. Transparent Labs is the best supplement company out there. All my supplement needs are met with this company. Yes, they’re a little more expensive but you get the best products. I ordered, mistakenly thru Amazon TL’s Creatine. Amazon of course dropped the ball with my order. I contacted TL and they quickly sent me out a replacement immediately, no questions asked! This response from TL solidified my view of the company. Thanx TL for being the best

Great customer service. My order got lost in the mail and they were on it. They reached out because they noticed the tracking had not movement. They were quick to get me another order out. The Creatine with HMB is fantastic and the Peach Mango flavor pairs so well with my mass gainer. So far I am lovong the results. I feel that I recover way quicker and my muscles feel great!

I had a question regarding my personal use of several TL products. I provided my specific use as well as my health, I received a thoughtful and what I'd consider logical response within a few hours. The CS reps are as awesome as their products, I've had great results for someone in my early 70's while losing body weight and training 7 days per week.

Transparent Labs topped the lists of several of my searches for quality exercise nutrition. Their products are indeed top shelf quality. I have had great results with several of their products, including the mass gainer, whey isolate, Bulk pre-workout mix, creatine and the hydrate. I highly recommend researching them/looking them up and giving their stuff a go!
