I reserved a hotel through travelled. Upon arrival the hotel had no reservation. Had never even heard of Travelated. I called the only number possible for Travelated. I was told I could only make bookings and was hung up on. I’ve emailed with no response. It’s a fraudulent company.

I will never use this site again. No matter what.

They booked me for the incorrect hotel. Confirmation email actually contained information with GPS coordinates of the hotel I wanted, so I had evidence they made an error (intentional or not). They wouldn’t acknowledge their error and I had to have charges reversed by credit card company. Customer service unhelpful and refusal to connect with manager, likely fraudulent

Horrible customer service! I booked a room with the wring date. They would not help with changing the date or refunding the reservation. Out $200.

I have booked 2 rooms and paid fully (the money was deducted from my card). But I didn't received any confirmation code. I send them inquiry and they response that they will check and get back to me. Its become almost 5 hrs and didn't received any feedback. I have checked with hotel directly, and they advise no booking is under my name. I have tried one time ... but unfortunately thier customer service is too bad. I need my money back or need a confirmation. So I don't recommend to use this website.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and we’re sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve experienced. We understand how concerning it can be when a booking doesn’t go through as expected. From our investigation, it appears that your payment attempt was not completed successfully because the 3D Secure (3DS) authentication failed. When this happens, the charge does not actually finalize, and no reservation is created. In some cases, you may see a pending “authorization” on your bank statement, but that amount should be automatically released back to your card if the transaction does not complete.

Scammers !!! Don't use them. I reserved on Dec. 22 with them 2 Hotel rooms and paid full amount. The next day I received a cancelation email without stating any reason. I tried calling them on the number they have on their website, all the options on the automated system tells you to call the Hotel directly, only one extention answers if you are "willing to pay" for a new reservation !!! I called the hotel directly and they answered that I don't have any reservation.. They wasted our time and efforts, they busted our holiday plans !!!!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We deeply regret the inconvenience you faced and the impact it had on your holiday plans. Your feedback is valuable, and we want to provide some clarity on what happened. In rare instances, the hotel may not confirm the rate that was initially posted on our platform. Unfortunately, in your case, there was no alternative rate available for us to secure the reservation. This left us with no choice but to cancel your booking. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially during the holiday season.
