You people were fantastic. The problem I had was dealt with immediately and the ruined mug was promptly replaced. I'm going to be using it tomorrow morning, and while drinking my coffee, I'll be wishing I really was in Paris.

I love my new custom mug of Venice. I even got an email showing me what it would look like for my approval. Looks even better in person. I am very happy with it.

I am happy with the products that I received from Travelmotivv. Both the hoodie and the mug are good quality, and both were packaged well and shipped quickly. I wish I had ordered a sweatshirt rather than a hoodie, but that is my fault. (I'm just not much of a hoodie fan, for myself)
