tickets need to be issued immediately by the agents so we avoid a situation like this one where an agent tells a customer to book economy tickets (instead of basic economy) so he can pick his seat and bring personal items and one carry on. But the next calls me and said there is no more main cabine tickets (whil in reality there were some because we booked it).

Our flight PNR confirmation would not work. However, after a phone call, our issue was resolved. During the couple of hours needed to resolve the issue, I received several phone calls with updates. Great customer service!
