Everything about my experience has been great my only issue at all was I wasn’t able to track my purchase and its estimated arrival. Small detail but all and all I was very happy with everything else. Thank you!

I ordered a small gadget from TRC Electronics, expecting it to be a quick and easy purchase. The website was straightforward, but when I received the item, it was clearly damaged. The customer service was slow to respond, and the refund process took forever. I was disappointed, but I hope they improve their quality control.

We’re sorry this experience fell short of our standards. All products leave our warehouse in new, unused condition, so when an item arrives damaged, we must investigate the shipment with the carrier, which can add time to the resolution process. Once a refund is issued, it typically takes 48–96 hours to appear, depending on the credit card provider or bank. We understand how frustrating the delay can be and appreciate your feedback as we continue working to make the process as smooth as possible for our customers.
