I recently purchased the Neckmedy by Treatmey. I like how it helps to alleviate the discomfort in my neck and shoulder. I would give it 5 stars except I wish that it could stay on longer than 15 minutes. I have to reconnect and start it over each time. Overall I recommend it!

This is working great for me. I've been using this product on both feet for a few months. One of my bunions was a lot more pronounced than the other, making it painful to walk on occasion when the inflammation was too bad. Within 2 weeks, the pain was gone. After about 2 months, my most severe bunion that looked like the joint was locked into a bad alignment started being mobile. I wear the Bunion Fix mainly at night, and will always remember how amazing it was to eventually wake up and my toe's alignment was much improved. I have to keep on wearing it at night so it doesn't return to it's bad alignment, and that doesn't bother me anymore. I can sleep like a baby wearing it most of the night. I'm so happy with my purchase. Clearly, I'm not going to need surgery to fix this when I'm older. Best purchase ever.

I ordered products and received them in great condition in a reasonable amount of time. I have the Bunion Fix and the Hand Massager. Both are great for helping with pain! I have corresponded with TreatMedy and couple of times and received polite and personal responses. Great customer service!

did NOT receive a "THANK YOU NOTE". And, I do not want not receiving this "THANK YOU NOTE" to hinder my FULL MONETARY REFUND. Your website's Return Policy also DOES NOT have this "THANK YOU NOTE". Here is what your website says: Please make sure the items are in their original packaging, in good working condition, don't have visible signs of use, and all the manuals and other accessories are included in your return. Please advise as soon as possible, as this Return Process is by far the most complicated one I have had to deal with buying items online. Thank you for TRUSTPILOT for TREATMEDY to get back to me a whole lot sooner than before. Which took almost one week.

the Treatmedy knee massager product has not been helpful to my situation. They advertise a complete refund if dissatisfied, but they have been ghosting my requests for a refund. They offer no customer service phone number, so I have no way of contacting them except through email which they are ignoring. I will file a complaint with another agency. Do not trust their return policy. If the product does not work or is not helpful you will be stuck with an expensive product. --update, I finally received return information but it was just for one of the devices and not for both. I am waiting for a second return label. Also, checked spam folder and nothing there. Just a bad response time. Hopefully Treatmedy will come through with a second return label and all will be well.

Hi I am dissatisfied with the deceptive side of thinking when I was buying a Pair I would be getting Both feet in the pack . It did not say left or right Until I actually paid for it Then it gives the option of the other foot ! Now I’m stuck with one I won’t be using and the right foot will get no treatment…..

Great service with excellent communication. Product seems to be great although I haven't used the bunion device regularly but when I have the pain in bed is less.
