The audiologist I worked with is Suzanne May. From the very beginning of this journey she has been kind, intelligent and above all very patient. I came to Treble Health last year after an acoustic trauma event. My tinnitus was so bad I was experiencing sleeplessness, fear and anxiety, panic attacks. I asked to be paired with Dr. Suzanne May. She immediately settled me down, reduced my fear and stopped the panic attacks. After reviewing my history and hearing test, we developed a treatment plan mainly based on sound therapy, CBT, health and mindfulness, sleep, and deep breathing. I also struggle with bad hyperacussis. When I have daily fluctuations I use the STOPP method. For some, like me, healing is a path, not a destination. The Treble method works. Dr. Suzanne is an empathetic listener, kind, experienced, creative and fun to work with. She's really good at taking complex subjects like brain anatomy or hyperacussis and explaining it in simple terms. She also is honest about expectations and outcomes.
