I was pressured to spend $5000 on devices I ultimately did not need. The CBT promised was nonexistent. I ultimately worked with a qualified CBT for tinnitus specialist and fully habituated without hearing aids and maskers. It cost me under $1000.

Dr Priscilla and I have great discussions about my Tinnitus and what I can do to manage it, there is meditation that I can do to Calm my mind and use the White Sound machine at night and breathing exercises before I get out of bed and before I sleep at night.
