Marvelous- they keep their promise and delivered the bike part in two days! While my regular bike shop said- 7-10 days to get parts only. So you can rely on the expedite service if it is emergency.

I ordered a complete bike from TFB as they were one of the few places that had it in stock AND had it for the best price by a couple hundred dollars. This was my first new bike in quite some time and first doing so completely online. TFB answered questions I sent in email before the purchase, and followed up with a call post purchase to confirm everything was in order. The bike was shipped promptly and got to me super quick. Where I was really impressed was when, upon unboxing and taking to my local bike shop, we found there was a manufacturing issue with the wheelset. It turns out the wheels were un-trueable (something my LBS and TFB had never seen before). Justin at TFB was incredibly helpful in getting a replacement wheelset sent from the manufacturer and even offered to cover the cost of wheel truing attempts by my LBS. While it was an undesirable scenario Justin and TFB did everything in their power to make sure I got what I needed and was happy with my purchase, all the while being 600+ miles away. I would not hesitate to use TFB for another purchase either online or if I even find myself in Ypsilanti.

Best prices and helpful/knowledgeable team. Why buy Amazon when Treefort prices are as good and you can get stuff in a couple days. Support the small guys and in my case somewhat local.
