I've been living in my Tricon home since 2022, and I can honestly say I love it here! From the very beginning, my experience has been wonderful. The neighborhood is great, I love my home, and the staff has always been friendly, professional, and helpful. I especially want to give a shout-out to Johnnie, Perry, and Abby from maintenance. They are always pleasant, responsive, and willing to help whenever an issue comes up. It's nice knowing that my concerns are taken seriously and handled in a timely manner. Moving to South Carolina and choosing Tricon was one of the best decisions I made. After four years, I'm still just as happy with my home as I was when I first moved in. I definitely give Tricon **5 stars** and would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to call home! 🏡💚
