Good if you don't ask to speak to a provider. It's been 3 weeks since I asked about a medication change, they kept refusing to allow me a provider. Over 1 week ago I finally got someone to say they'd get a provider to speak with me. I reached out again yesterday about one. They said 24-72 hours for a provider, said I was "escalated" and still nothing. Don't choose them.

It is impossible to contact a support team. I do not feel any difference on the meds and I need to contact someone

Starting with deceptive advertising, I agreed to their pricing and placed my order. They approved quickly and sent email stating 3-5 business days. Upon further review they were under dosing my from where I was on Zepbound. I sent a message about it and had no response. days later I sent a message to customer support and they said they would priortize my order and have someone contact me. Again that led nowhere with no response or shipping.

TERRIBLE customer service once the product was supposedly shipped. Says it was delivered on 7/8 - I have cameras on my property. No delivery was made. Not only that but I was home at this time. I'm out $443 and cannot even get someone to respond to my repeated messages - since there is no $#@% number to call!!! Avoid!

While searching for a supplier, I kept being bombarded with ads from this company. There are several 1 star scathing reviews that would shame a street corner drug dealer. So I went to the 5 star reviews to see the other side. There were 5 5 star reviews posted between 4 and 5 minutes from my query, all touting the wonderful customer service. This place looks laughable at best. No Thank You.
