Absolutely clueless, useless bunch of morons. Cannot make a return transaction for over a week and ignoring every email. I'll be reporting them to every financial institution under the sun.

When I tried to pay TradingView subscription they just changed a copied address, so I technically sent my money to the wrong wallet. The TradingView support said "We know nothing yet, go and contact the Triple-A support". I did. The first time they replied me after a week, the second time I sent them a message was 11 days ago...

I was cheated out of $217 when paying ID HNT-031466-PMT for a subscription to tradingview. After contacting technical support, no refunds followed, although 7 days have already passed. I will prepare a statement to Interpol for fraud

I don't know why TradingView switched to this scam crypto payment site, took my money and never refunded or process my payment. Do not use this payment site ever or you risk losing your money.

I made an online payment using Tether, and as soon as the transaction was completed, I received a warning stating that there was an issue. They requested my Gmail and phone number, but I never received a refund, even after sending them numerous emails. They are the biggest scammers I have ever encountered. Stay away from them and do not make any payments to them under any circumstances.

I tried to book at AlternativeAirlines and the payment was processed through Triple-A gateway. I send USDT to the correct network and as soon as I sent the money I received a warning asking for my email and my phone number, because an error occurred and they will contact me. I sent an email and they answered saying that the payment will be refunded within 1-3 business day, but now they disappeared and I still don’t have my money. Stopped answering my emails and just kept my money. BE AWARE!!!!!

Avoid at all cost! Because of a mistake in the amount sent to a ZEN top up in digital currency, my money got stuck in Triple A. Now, I m having problems getting a refund. Both ZEN support and Triple A support ignore me. I sent all necesary information that they asked for but I got no confirmation whether the refund will be processed or not. Now, I don't even know if I'll ever get my money back, but I for sure won't leave it like this. I am going to report the issue to the police, if needed. Update For hope of those who are still waiting, I finally got my money back (around 5600$) after 31 (!) days. The reason for them keeping money was that the address expires after 24 h and my broker delayed the transfer, which I had no control over. I finally got an answer from Triple A a week after I informed them that I would be reporting the issue to AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) if I don't get an answer within 7 days. They said they would come back to me and waited another week before completing the refund. I am very happy they finally did it because I thought the money was lost forever. However, I am not planning to use Triple A ever again after this experience. On the good note, when I earlier had a situation where I made a mistake in the amount, the automatic refund was pretty quick and support was very helpful. That time, however, the amount of money was much smaller. Still, the recent experience ruins everything.
