Just completed a sell to these guys and it was smooth and easy. They had some questions and contacted me on the Saturday after Thanksgiving (was surprised they were working...impressive). Processed my order and paid quickly through PayPal. Very impressed and will do business with them again.

Great site. Gave me a good price for my phones. Got paid same day they arrived using PayPal. Would recommend this site to my friends.

I traded in two phones (my wife and I upgraded at the same time) and found this place on a major buyback comparison website. I was a little bit skeptical since their buyback prices were a bit higher than the next best offer, and i had never heard of them. However, their buyback/return policy seemed reasonable, so I gave them a shot. I am glad i did! The transaction went smoothly, and was super quick. USPS said the phones were delivered to tronicspay at 10:27am, and I received payment via paypal at 2:32pm, same day.

I turned in my Apple Watch version 1, helped me upgrade to version 3. You can bet my next upgrade will use TronicPay! Thanks for fast payment!

A surprisingly great experience all around! I had originally hesitated because I hadn't heard of them before, but I'm so glad I decided to give them a chance! Not only did I receive more money for my phones than any of the other competitors in the same buy-back/trade-in space, but I also got paid the quoted amount VERY QUICKLY once they received the phones. They even paid for the shipping label. I just had to box up the phones and drop them off at the post office. Simple, straightforward, and fast. Worth noting.... I really liked their policy regarding the whole selling process. I loved the fact that I had the final say in the sale! They give YOU control over whether or not you want to sell your phone to them. For example: Let's say that upon receiving my phones, they didn't exactly match the description I had provided for the quote. If that were the case, they would then offer me an updated quote. Let's say that I don't like this new quote and think my devices are worth more than their new quote. At that time, I have the right to refuse the offer and they would then send back my phones AT NO COST TO ME. The way I see it, it's a win-win situation with no risk to you at all. My experience was simple though. I received the exact amount they originally quoted directly into my PayPal account within hours of my phones reaching them. It was awesome! (I'm already looking to see what else I can sell to them... 😬) THE VERDICT: I would absolutely do business with TronicsPay again and *I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM* to my friends and family (I already have)! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *NO. This is NOT a "fake" review. This is a GENUINE review of my ACTUAL experience with this company. I do not work for them or any of their affiliates and I was neither paid nor asked to write a review; positive or otherwise.*
