The magnet is not as strong as I thought it would be, as my dog still moves the bowl around. Update: Based on their response to this review, I emailed them 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back from them. Seems like they just want to pretend like they are concerned about their reviews but not actually take any action?

-the product itself is nice looking. -ordering process somewhat confusing. -customer service, the absolute worse that i have experienced. it is greatly unfortunate, as their product would not appear to have such a negative service attached to it. however, it was sadly the case for me. -hopefully this review is of assistance to the potential consumers as well as for the business. -if your order is correct, and you should not need to contact customer service, it may be great all around but if you need customer service, brace yourself! it takes them about a week to get back to you and when they finally do, they come back with an attitude -very accusational tone & highly unprofessional.

Got this on Christmas deal after watching it all summer! Although it is pricy, it is very nice, easy to clean, and feels quality. One of the bowl lids arrived cracked, however Trot sent us a replacement with no problems! Very happy with this purchase as our pup is not the most polite and cleanly of eaters/drinkers and this condenses the mess and makes for easy clean up :)
