ONE star for poor customer service and lack of care in handling of new ownership. I was one of the people who preordered a Trot Pet bowl bundle. Over a year had gone by and I still hadn't received anything. They refused to give back any money and told people to just wait a little longer and the order will be fulfilled... Then out of nowhere, a post about new ownership pops up saying they understand "how frustrating" it is but this is a new company and there is nothing they can do about past orders. How incredibly disappointing. Why should anyone care about new ownership if your'e keeping the name and everything about the company. Do right by the people who believed in the product and invested in it for it to be the brand it is in the first place.

We are sorry that the previous owners did this to you. We obviously had nothing to do with that. We recommend you try to get a refund from your credit card company

The stand is beautiful but uneven. It wobbles which causes spilling. Fro that price, it should be better quality.
