Description of tonneau cover does not coincide with installation directions and more importantly the measurements of the bed for 2024 RAM. Additionally, the cover leaks in two corners regardless of positioning. The rubber bumpers in place for scratch resistance, when folded, were missing after the first trip on the bed. Awful cover, over priced.

A very disappointing experience. I had serious issues with the service, poor communication, and problems that were not properly resolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would strongly advise others to be very careful before placing an order.

Hi Megan Simmons! We’re so sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience. We take genuine customer feedback seriously and would like the opportunity to investigate your concerns. At this time, however, we have been unable to match this review to a purchase order, email, text message, or other customer communication under the details available to us. Separately, we recently received an unsolicited email from someone claiming to have been hired to post “20 negative reviews” on our Trustpilot profile, while offering to stop them in exchange for a commercial arrangement. We are not suggesting that this reviewer is connected to that activity. However, given the unusual circumstances, we believe it is important to be transparent. If this review relates to a genuine transaction with our company, please contact us with your order details or the name and email address used for the purchase. You may email us through [email protected]. We will be happy to investigate and address your concerns. Thank you, and we look forward to helping you resolve this matter.

Great product, damaged by the shipping company, option to receive discount or replacement, very nice lady who helped me with all my questions, and the company assisted me very promptly and professionally, I’d definitely recommend this company if your looking for a great product, great prices and personal professional service after the sale, not AI or recording to listen to. Thanks again Randy Anderson

Ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery was faster than estimated. Customer service (I typed wrong shipping address in) was very responsive and fixed the problem in minutes. My only complaint is with the product (not truckbedsupplies). Zero installation directions were sent with product.

The item fits well on my 2025 Sierra 2500 with the 6’ 8” bed. I like the tinted windows and I like a can slide it forward if necessary. It was packaged well, got pretty beat up along the delivery but arrived fine. Lots of plastic wrap and foam saved it. Not sure how waterproof it will be due to seeing some gaps I can get closed with the clamps. Overall it’s a nice design and idea.

Thanks for the detailed review! Glad to hear it fits your vehicle well and that you appreciate the features. We apologize that the packaging arrived in bad condition, but we’re happy the parts inside were safe despite the rough handling during delivery. We appreciate the feedback and will definitely keep it in mind. Thanks for choosing Truck Bed Supplies!
