I had an overall positive experience with TrueFacet. They answered my questions - I sent a number of questions, receiving prompt responses, before placing my order. My item was available as advertised and was sent within a week of my order. I confirmed the authenticity of the item I purchased and received, with a local jeweler, who told me I got a great buy. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend or buy through TrueFacet again.

I initially had some difficulty with TrueFacet, but when I brought my issues to their attention, I ended up receiving exceptional customer service (from a rep named Rachel, who seems to feature in many of these reviews) and could not be happier with my transaction. There are many horror stories about people buying high end watches on the internet, and this was my first time using TrueFacet, so I went into things a little nervous. I bought an expensive watch, which arrived in the box with all the papers and in perfect (unworn) condition just as advertised. The price was not only well below the MSRP, but was also a better deal than on any other website I saw (e.g. Chrono24, JomaShop, etc.). My local dealer has verified my watch as authentic and I am thrilled to have it for the price I paid. Suffice it to say that I am a totally satisfied customer and feel that I got superb value for money from TrueFacet. Certainly, if you have any questions or any bumps in the road with them, try to speak with Rachel, who is simply superb.

Ordered and paid for an expensive watch from them. After about a week, they said they could not provide the item, but offered a similar one only new for an extra $1000. I decided to go for the new one if they agreed to expedite. They said I could get it the next day. Later the same day they said they could not get it for another week. At that point I said forget it and asked for a full refund. The people I delt with, Ian and Rachel, are very nice and pretty responsive, but since they don't keep inventory, they are relying on others to get them the merchandise. In fact I saw the same watch advertised on Chrono24 at least five times by five different jewelers??? Providing a marketplace is one thing, providing the goods is another.

Twice I have order a watch and after a week or so I am notified that the "seller is not responding". i.e. the product on their site wont ship despite being paid for. Obviously, they don't assess the availability of the item nor the reliability of the seller to deliver the item
