Truehost billing support are the worst to deal with ,thay are the equivalent of the password guy in a supermarket, if you know you know , Its has been 9 days since i raised a ticket [ #5944027], up till now no response , i am really disappointed in their poor customer services.

Francis has offered incredible, fast and very professional support to us today. Good job !

I’ve continuously had a painful experience with Truehost ever since I joined them till now that I’m off-boarding my last client. You literally have to fight your way to getting a simple response from them. It’s definitely not an ideal hosting company to grow your business with. This very customer I’m trying to move to another hosting company has lost confidence in me because of Truehost. I’ve asked them one simple thing today. As I’m typing this, it’s been 10 hours (and counting) since I’ve been waiting for a response to my ticket. I’ve followed up 3 times and I’ve been told that it’s been “escalated”. It’s a Monday by the way, not even a weekend.

Truehost is good and I will always use truehost. Thank you
