I have repeatedly asked for the domain to be transferred to Truehost. I am yet to get the e-mail asking me to accept. I need the domain transfer to go through please !

100% poor customer service and care, In experienced staff, how can 1 ticket take a month to resolve? they dont respond to customer issues.made my websites disappear.. Made me canceled my hosting and migrated my website and domain to a new hosting company.
